What types of products do you sell?
We focus on sealed collectible TCG products, including Simplified Chinese and Japanese booster boxes, selected series releases, and multi-box bundles. Product availability may change as new sets are released or restocked.
How do I know which language version I am buying?
The language or edition is stated in the product title and product details. Please review the listing carefully before placing your order.
Are the products sealed?
Products listed as sealed are sold in their sealed retail condition unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Packaging condition can vary slightly from item to item.
How do you protect collectible products during shipping?
We use collector-safe packaging methods selected for the product type and order size, with the goal of reducing bending, scratching, crushing and other transit damage.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking details are provided after the order has been dispatched when tracking is available for the selected shipping method. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact customer support as soon as possible and provide your order number, clear photos of the product, the outer shipping package and the shipping label. We will review the case and provide the appropriate next step under our policy.
What if an item is missing or I receive the wrong product?
Contact us with your order number and supporting photos. We will verify the order and assist with missing-item or incorrect-item cases.
Can opened booster packs or boxes be returned?
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the product and the published return policy. Opened random-content card products are generally subject to stricter return limitations, so customers should review the return policy before opening sealed products.
Can I return an item because I did not get the cards I wanted?
Random card contents are part of the nature of sealed TCG products. Pull results are not guaranteed and, by themselves, are not normally considered a product defect.
How long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery times vary by destination, shipping method and carrier conditions. The website should display the current handling-time and estimated delivery information applicable to the order.
Typically, it takes about 2–3 days for the package to reach the local logistics company in China. The logistics company will then process and dispatch the package, which will be handed over to a local third-party courier in your destination country (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for final delivery
From the time the logistics company processes your package to the moment you receive it, the delivery usually takes around 6–12 business days. Please note that during Chinese public holidays (such as National Day or New Year, etc.), shipping times may be extended due to carrier closures.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Some products may be restocked depending on supplier availability. Customers can subscribe to restock or new-release notifications when available.
